Kids' Workshops

Through KYC I offer classes and workshops for kids and families as well as for aspiring kids' yoga teachers worldwide.

Currently, I am not teaching any ongoing public classes -- I am limiting my teaching to workshops and trainings as I'm working on my master's degree. However, I do have a class in MP3 format available at Yogi2Go.com. This class makes a great addition to your child's iPod library and parents can join in!
